Overview
Nfinite is a French technology company founded in 2017. Initially specialized in creating 3D images for the real estate sector, the company pivoted to e-commerce by developing a SaaS e-merchandising platform. This platform enables retailers to create, display, and manage customizable product visuals using 3D modeling and GenAI technology, without the need for traditional photo shoots.

My Role
My role involved designing the Nfinite platform, specifically tailored for international retailers, with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional user experience and fostering cross-functional collaboration. I was responsible for designing and prototyping new features using Figma, continuously iterating on the platform’s UI and UX to drive improvements. Ensuring high-quality implementation was also a key part of my work, achieved through close monitoring and thorough QA of technical developments. Additionally, I created and maintained the comprehensive design system that underpins the Nfinite platform, ensuring consistency and scalability across all components.
User research played a significant role in my responsibilities. I gathered user needs and feedback through a variety of methods, including one-on-one interviews, Crazy 8 workshops, and Maze prototype testing, to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
Collaboration was central to this role, working closely with a diverse, multidisciplinary, and international team—including the Chief Product Officer, Product Managers, lead developers, and customer success managers—to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative features that meet business and user goals.
