The Crus Bourgeois form a large family of estates with diverse profiles, located across a wide range of terroirs within eight prestigious appellations: Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Listrac-Médoc, Moulis-en-Médoc, Margaux, Saint-Julien, Pauillac, and Saint-Estèphe.
Overview
The Cru Bourgeois brand commissioned DIGITALL Conseil to conduct a comprehensive e-reputation audit with the goal of assessing and enhancing its digital presence. As a historic and prestigious classification within the Bordeaux wine industry, Cru Bourgeois sought to better understand how its image and values are perceived online by consumers, professionals, and the media. DIGITALL Conseil was tasked with analyzing the brand’s visibility, sentiment, and engagement across digital platforms—including search engines, social media, and specialized wine forums.
My Role
As the designer responsible for presenting the results of the e-reputation audit for the Cru Bourgeois brand, my role was to transform complex data and insights into a clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentation. I worked closely with DIGITALL Conseil’s audit team to understand the key findings, ensuring that the brand’s values and heritage were reflected throughout the design. My focus was on creating an intuitive layout that highlighted critical metrics, sentiment analysis, and strategic recommendations, using infographics, charts, and visuals to make the information accessible and impactful for diverse stakeholders. The goal was to deliver a professional presentation that effectively communicated the audit’s results and supported decision-making for enhancing Cru Bourgeois’s digital reputation.
